Alma Sapukay is an original music project from Chapada dos Veadeiros that develops through soundscapes and textures. Each piece carries its own atmosphere, shaped by layers, textures, and elements that emerge from the spirit of each composition. “Tempo Infinito” came during a New Year celebration, in that space where you naturally start reflecting on time, cycles, and everything that keeps moving. The song connects with time beyond the chronological sense — more like a force that carries life forward, moving through generations and holding everything in motion. There is also something about how time allows things to settle, especially emotional and relational experiences that cannot be rushed. Some things only shift when they are given space. At the same time, there was a strong connection with the energy of Logunan Oyá Tempo, an orixá encountered during an Umbanda ceremony that deeply impacted the artist. That presence naturally wove itself into the song. The sound carries a mystical and rhythmic energy — not about stopping to observe time, but about moving with it. There is pulse, flow, and a quiet dance with time.
